How are condolence messages handled?+
The section above is a design preview. A live condolence feature would be attached to an individual memorial page, with the family’s agreement and message review arrangements confirmed before it is enabled.
Can the stream be private?+
We’ll discuss the available options. An unlisted link can be opened by anyone who receives it; it is different from password-protected access.
Can you cover the burial or cremation?+
Additional locations can be discussed as part of the quote. Timing, permissions, connectivity and the agreed coverage determine what is possible.
Will the family receive a recording?+
We’ll confirm recording delivery and access before booking. Live broadcast quality also depends on connectivity at the venue, which needs to be assessed in advance.
